Dave Beckwith manages a staff of diverse professionals with national and international recruiting experience specializing in sourcing, recruiting and negotiating with engineering / information technology candidates. Prior to joining MAVERICK in 2006, Dave was engineering recruitment manager at Proliant Consulting Group and operations manager for Instrument Control Service (ICS) / General Electric Automation Services (GEAS). He began his career in the U.S. Navy — first with various submarine training, sea and shore assignments, and later as assistant director and ultimately director of the Family Service Center at the Naval Air Station in Pensacola, Fla. By the time he retired from the Navy, he had put in 22 years of service.

Dave attended Mohegan Community College (now Three Rivers) in Norwich, Conn., and has received training from numerous military technical schools. Dave and his family relocated to Columbia, Ill., in 2009 and he now works at MAVERICK’s World Headquarters. He is an active member of the Waterloo Community Band and the Bud Light Brigade, a marching band performing at community homecomings throughout the summer.
