Rob Gellings provides operational leadership for MAVERICK's Enterprise Integration business, which includes the integration of ERP / CRM, MOM / MES and strategic consulting practices. Prior to joining MAVERICK, Gellings spent nearly 10 years as president / CEO of EnteGreat, the manufacturing systems consulting firm he co-founded in Birmingham, Ala. He has also served as vice president of Raytheon Engineers as the head of its Consulting and Systems Integration division.

Through these roles and managerial positions at other companies, Rob has more than 25 years of experience in engineering and thought leadership. As a top performer in entrepreneurial business environments as well as in international corporate environments, Rob demonstrates exceptional capabilities in collaborative problem solving.

Rob earned his Bachelor of Science in mechanical and electrical engineering at Kettering University and his master's in management and supervision at Central Michigan University. He is registered in Alabama as a Professional Engineer (P.E.).

When he isn't in the office, Rob most enjoys being outside. He likes to run, bike, fish and play baseball. On rainy weekends, you'll find him woodworking in his workshop.
