MAVERICK CRM Expertise Takes Flight With Aviation Maintenance Client — As Featured in Aviation Today
COLUMBIA, Ill., March 28, 2006 — MAVERICK Technologies, the largest independent systems integrator in North America, recently assisted an aviation maintenance business in implementing a new CRM platform. The details and success of the project were chronicled in an issue of Aviation Today.
Midcoast Aviation, headquartered in Cahokia, Illinois, was experiencing problems with its existing CRM system, and realized that a new system was required. It would be the third CRM implemented by Midcoast in the last 12 years, and it was imperative that this one proved successful over the long-term.
After evaluating 10 potential candidates, Midcoast (along with parent company Sabreliner) selected a Pivotal CRM system. To further ensure the success of the project, Midcoast enlisted the systems integration expertise of MAVERICK Technologies.
The system was deployed company-wide in September, 2004. The strength of the platform, together with MAVERICK’s personal and responsive consulting, support and implementation services, enabled Midcoast to introduce a system designed to achieve the company’s performance and cost objectives.
