MAVERICK Technologies Exhibiting at 2008 Yokogawa Technology Fair and User Conference
Columbia, Ill., March 17, 2008 — MAVERICK Technologies, a next-generation engineering, systems integration and operational consulting firm, announced today that it will exhibit at the Yokogawa Technology Fair and User Conference, April 7–10, 2008, at Hilton Americas in Houston.
The Yokogawa conference offers unique educational and networking opportunities for companies involved in the upstream oil and gas, refining or power industries. Highlights include workshops, Continuing Education Unit (CEU) classes and an exciting lineup of speakers from Yokogawa and other industry-leading corporations.
“We are excited that Yokogawa has invited us to exhibit at its prestigious conference,” said Paul Galeski, P.E., CAP, CEO and founder, MAVERICK Technologies. “MAVERICK’s corporate mission is directly aligned with the show’s focus on best practices and process enhancements designed to improve profitability. We hope our clients and prospects will attend the show to learn more about our services in these areas.”
MAVERICK’s participation in the conference demonstrates its ongoing partnership with Yokogawa. In June 2007, the two companies announced that Chevron selected their YMAC alliance (Yokogawa MAVERICK Alliance for Chevron) as the main automation and control contractor for Chevron’s global refineries in a long-term agreement.
