Associate Project Manager
You have successfully executed projects and understand the technical aspects. Now it’s time to take it to the next level and learn the commercial and leadership side of the business to see if it is where your career is leading you. Spend time with an associate project manager (AssocPM) trainer to see what it really means to be a project manager. See all aspects of what a project manager does. Our AssocPM program not only gives you a day in the life, but you will soon discover whether a career move to project manager is in your future.

Associate Sales Specialist
Have you ever wondered what it would be like to be in sales, but were unsure of jumping in with both feet? Sales skills include understanding the customer’s needs and having the ability to solve customer problems while also having experience in professional selling techniques and customer relationship building. Our associate business development manager (AssocBDM) program allows you to test the waters, so to speak. The AssocBDM program provides you with on-the-job training to see what a “day in the life” really means. At the conclusion of this comprehensive sales training program, you can choose to stay in your current role if you find it’s not the right fit for you. However, candidates who decide it’s a good fit will have the opportunity to move their career forward and interview for an exciting career growth role and pursue an open BDM position!

While at MAVERICK, my career has developed from learning about automation solutions to leading large automation projects across multiple platforms throughout various industries. I was able to achieve this with the help of co-workers and the teams MAVERICK has built. With our work-hard play-hard mentality, it is not difficult to find awesome hard-working co-workers, whether it be in the cubicle next to you, in the office down the hall, or with colleagues thousands of miles away. It doesn’t matter where you are located, MAVERICK will find a way to keep you engaged and energized with work events it hosts and projects you work on.


With MAVERICK’s support and the backing of my teams, I participated in programs to help me identify a career path that will be great for both myself and the company. I was able to narrow my focus as a Business Development Manager. During this transition, I have become an associate in the field to help further my sales experience and gain the knowledge to be successful in that position.


It is not surprising that during my time in this new role, I have found my co-workers to be extremely helpful. I am able to utilize the technical expertise I have gained during my time at MAVERICK to help shape our customer experience through the people I work with. I look forward to the years to come as I know there is much to learn during this time of growth and prosperity.
