- Process and Control Improvements for Water Pollution Control Plant
As part of an ongoing project, MAVERICK Technologies is providing process and control system
improvements for a major metropolitan water pollution control plant. Key project features include replacing the
grit removal system, low-level raw sewage pump motors and speed control resistor banks; installing PLC-based pump
control panels; and rehabilitation of the process air blower controls, aeration tanks and final settling tanks.
MAVERICK functions as the systems integrator with I&C responsibilities including field survey, control panel design,
PLC equipment, PLC application, OIT application and instrument specification.

- Design / Build Project for Greenfield Water Treatment Plant
MAVERICK Technologies partnered with a construction company for this design / build project of a
20mgd greenfield water treatment plant to increase capacity for the growing metropolitan area. MAVERICK worked closely
with the design engineers to finalize the 100% design of the plant for a cost-effective approach to the plant's process
control SCADA and CCTV surveillance systems.
