Answer: With any project, sufficient planning and having the right team are important. At MAVERICK, we pride ourselves on providing the right resources and the right process for every job. With many years of experience providing commissioning support across all industries, we have developed processes and methodologies to not only guide our team, but to also help our clients understand the process. For example, we have determined that in some cases, commissioning isn't even a focus until construction is 70+ percent complete, and at that point involving the correct stakeholders is a difficult process. Therefore, we not only develop the process, but we assist with communication tools, team building, commissioning training, RACI matrixes and easy-to-understand process flow charts to help build an entire culture of organized strategic thinking, not just a one-time transactional process.
