Question: As an interim plant manager, I have not been involved with what MAVERICK is doing at my plant. I need to know why I should continue to fund this particular visibility project. Can you explain to me how I benefit?

Answer: Currently, you and the senior staff formulate your view of the health of your business by combing through multiple spreadsheets from finance, HR and quality departments on a daily basis. You get e-mails from production summarizing the whiteboard used to track hourly production and to monitor the shop floor system. Our application brings all this disparate data together to provide an overall picture of the plant, which eliminates the need for the whiteboard and allows you to detect correlations that are not otherwise obvious.
