Lee Swindler
Lee has 30+ years of automation industry experience, including 21 years in manufacturing and 10 in engineering services. Lee holds a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification along with being a TÜV Certified Functional Safety Engineer (FSEng). He has a B.S.E.E degree from the South Dakota School of Mines and Technology.
Joel Boisselle
Joel Boisselle
Joel Boisselle works out of MAVERICK’s world headquarters in Columbia, Illinois. He joined MAVERICK in February 2016 and is currently Director of Design and Field Services where he brings years of expertise in using technology and automation to improve operational effectiveness.
Mike Host
Mike Host
Mike has spent his almost 20 year career working both at Rockwell Automation and MAVERICK Technologies. His time has been split between process control and power control disciplines. He has worked in both engineering services and product development businesses and is currently Operations Manager West Region. Mike has a B.S.E.E from the University of WI Milwaukee and a Masters in Business Administration from Marquette University.

Brian Batts
Brian manages MAVERICK’s proposal and estimating group, operational consulting practice, technology leadership team, and procurement organization. With more than 22 years of experience in engineering and consulting, Brian brings diverse experience working in systems engineering, business development, project management, and commercial development.
John Clemons
John Clemons
John has over 30 years experience in technology engineering product and service innovation, project management and consulting. He is a Construction SME/Consultant at MAVERICK. John is a champion of lean manufacturing, operational excellence, quality, and other paradigms that optimize productivity, efficiency and profitability.

Bruce Billedeaux, senior consultant for wireless, energy optimization and cybersecurity at MAVERICK Technologies, a leading platform-independent automation solutions provider offering industrial automation, strategic manufacturing solutions and enterprise integration services for all the process industries.
