Flex Retirement Program
People come first at MAVERICK. That’s why even when retirement is in your not-too-distant future, we encourage you to join our close-knit team. We understand you love what you do. You’re good at it, and you’ve been doing it for years. It’s important for you to share your knowledge with the next generation. And even though you’ve earned your retirement and could use a welcome break from overcoming challenges and solving problems over the years, you may want to continue to enjoy the financial security of working — especially if you don’t want to give up your connection to the automation and control industry.
Program Manager, Houston
I joined MAVERICK in 2013 after 20+ years in chemical industry manufacturing and 3 years with another engineering company. I’ve never felt more valued as an employee than during my time here. Everyone has the best interest of the company and our customers in mind, which makes for an extremely rewarding work environment. In 2016, I entered into the Flex Retirement Program, which allows me to work 30 hours per week with full benefits. This has been a great way to try a different work/life balance without the shock of full retirement. I will definitely finish my career with MAVERICK.
