“Many people have asked me why I’ve worked at the same company for 25 years. My response is that I’ve always had opportunities to grow and do new things. I started at MAVERICK as a Designer I, doing instrument and electrical design on projects on CAD. Early on in my career, I learned how to layout graphics, program PLCs and distributed control systems (DCSs), and perform estimating, proposal and consulting work. Now in my current role as a Senior Consultant, I’ve experienced both the technical side of our business, as well as the commercial and strategic side. I’m very pleased at the level of balance of work/life I’ve been afforded. MAVERICK has a very supportive culture for technical and career growth. They have also been understanding that family comes first. For an employer to be flexible, patient and supportive when a hurricane hits your home or a family member is ill, it means the world. “I first came to work for Paul Galeski in 1998 as a Senior Engineer with MAGNUM Technologies (which became GE Automation Services) where I eventually took on project management and then program management responsibilities for the Tate and Lyle account. In 2002, I moved over to MAVERICK Technologies® and have held several positions, including Project Manager, Senior Project Manager, Regional Manager for the North Region, Director of Sustaining Services, Senior Director of Performance Excellence/IT, and Operations Manager for the North Region. In my current role as Senior Director of Operations, I manage the Automation Solutions business in North America, coordinating all 21 offices and 400+ staff. I enjoy working with all the great people at MAVERICK.

Since joining the team in 2016, I have had the opportunity to work in multiple industries and get hands-on experience with various control system platforms. These roles ultimately opened the opportunity for me to lead the operations of MAVERICK’s enterprise integration business practice. Through our acquisition by Rockwell Automation, additional opportunities presented themselves into what is my current role as the Americas Regional Delivery Manager for Information Solutions. In this role, I am supporting the growth and alignment of both MAVERICK and Rockwell Automation resources to support the delivery of manufacturing execution systems and data/analytics solutions for North and Latin America.
