Coronavirus (COVID-19)

Dear Valued Customer:

We wish all of you, your families, and your businesses the very best during these challenging and difficult times.  MAVERICK Technologies is committed to the health and safety of our customers, our employees and partners and to doing all we can to maintain a high level of service throughout the Coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak.  The work we do is vital to the supply chain and to the operations of customers like you in critical industries such as pharmaceutical, biotech, defense, food and beverage, and oil and gas that are keeping global communities healthy and safe during this crisis.

Because our operations are considered business critical to industry infrastructure essential to health and safety, MAVERICK Technologies will remain open and we will continue to service our customers in an effective and efficient manner.  In general, our ability to service and support the business and technical needs of our customers remains intact.  Where necessary, we have adjusted our delivery plans to minimize unnecessary travel, follow social distancing guidelines and perform work virtually wherever possible.  We are monitoring the condition of ongoing projects and contingency plans are in place to minimize disruption and risk.  The good news is that our business and project execution processes are well suited to operate virtually, with limited disruption to our customers and employees.

While the health and safety of our employees and our customers remain our primary goal, we want to assure you that we remain prepared to support your automation needs now, as we have done for over 20 years.  During times like this, we work even harder to stay in close communication with our customers, to help you stay up and running, and to ensure your success and sustainability throughout the crisis.

Please don’t hesitate to contact me or your MAVERICK Business Development Manager if you have questions or concerns.

Stay safe and healthy,

John Mills
