Once testing is complete, we debrief training personnel and turn over the closeout documentation to ensure your system is sustainable and well-documented. Traceable commissioning documentation is essential to maintaining regulatory compliance, but it also makes maintenance easier in the long run. During the debriefing, we communicate any additional observations that we believe to be valuable to the operations and maintenance teams.

After we’ve turned over the as-built markups for review, we conduct a roundtable discussion with our team and yours to mutually review the overall success of the project and identify any opportunities for improvement. By sharing the lessons learned during the process, we’re able to better improve future startup efforts.
