Nancy Lux

Leading HR and Talent Acquisition
Nancy works out of MAVERICK’s world headquarters in Columbia, Illinois, and leads the human resources team. After a 23-year tenure working at Anheuser-Busch InBev in a variety of human resource roles, Nancy seamlessly transitioned to the MAVERICK team in 2014 as Talent Acquisition Manager. She felt right at home with MAVERICK’s positive culture and family values.
In her current role as Director of Human Resources, she is responsible for providing HR service and expertise, including strategic planning, employee development, compensation planning, and employee relations. She also develops talent and succession planning in alignment with company business objectives.
Nancy holds a bachelor’s degree in human resources, which she earned at Webster University in St. Louis, Missouri.
“I enjoy working for MAVERICK,” says Nancy, “because I love the culture, transparency, collaboration and most of all, the people.” She finds inspiration in Paul Galeski’s motto, “Always do the right thing, even when no one is looking.”
